We look forward to hosting you and your guests at our 2024 fundraising gala

December 15th from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm!

Regular Price: $155/guest from November 19th through Dec 6th

Dinner - Concert - Silent Auction and More!

Each ticket includes a $45.00 tax-deductible contribution, however, we encourage you to consider Giving Your Best Donation beyond the ticket price if at all possible.

Before making your purchase(s), please read the items below:

 (1) How to Make Your Purchase(s):

• To purchase ONE of the four items listed under REGISTER, please press PAY after completing all of the information under DETAILS.
• To purchase/add ADDITIONAL ITEMS, Press ADD ITEM TO CART for EACH additional item. Press PAY when you are done. 

(2) INDIVIDUAL TICKET: Follow one of the two steps listed under How to Make Your Purchase(s).

(3) SPONSORED INDIVIDUAL TICKET(S):

• Follow one of the two steps listed under How to Make Your Purchase(s).
• We are in need of at least 50 donated/sponsored tickets which can be purchased by using the Sponsored Individual Ticket option.
• The recipients of the sponsored tickets will be determined by Life Waters Ministries allowing the full gala ticket amount to be tax-deductible for the one purchasing the sponsored ticket.

(4) When Purchasing One or More TABLE(S):

• Follow one of the two steps listed under How to Make Your Purchase(s).
• Tables will seat a party of 8 guests. 
• The individual purchasing the table(s) will receive the receipt noting the tax-deductible donation.  ($45/ticket)
• To purchase one or more tables, you do not need to know all the information for your guests when you make the purchase.  After purchasing your table(s), a form will be sent to the purchaser requesting information for each person at the table (name, meal choice, allergies, email, and cellphone), and will need to be returned by December 6th.
• If you are interested in adding name cards (white card stock with black ink only; no handwritten cards) to your table(s), we will need them to us no later than December 9th.  Email our Gala Concierge [email protected] for more information.

(5) GIVE YOUR BEST DONATION

• You can select this option only, or you can add it to the cart which has your other selections.  Either way—THANK YOU!

(6) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 Participation Waiver

• If you are purchasing tickets for others, please ensure that they are aware of the information stated in the Participation Waiver.

Covid Protocols

• We will follow the CDC/Virginia State Covid protocols enforced at the time of the event. We strongly encourage everyone to be tested prior to arrival and to refrain from attending if you are not well. Thank you in advance.

Hotel Room Reservations

• To reserve a room at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner Hotel, McLean, VA where the gala will be held, please click Life Waters Ministries International Inc for room reservation(s) for the nights of December 12th through 16th.
• Our special rates are $109 (Single or Double); $119 (Triple); and $129 (Quad) plus taxes per night.
• If you prefer to call to make your reservation, please do so at (800) 744-1500 and use Group Code Life24.
• Reservations must be made on or before December 1, 2024. 

 Attire

• Our annual fundraising gala is a festive holiday event for a great cause. Please wear your appropriate semi-formal or formal attire (no jeans, please) and enjoy the evening in grand style!
